Rob Scidmore joins X-ES and assumes CEO responsibilities

Wisconsin, Madison (January 31, 2003) -

Extreme Engineering Solutions, Inc. a designer and manufacturer of embedded computer solutions, today announced changes in the management of the Company which are effective Feb 1, 2003.

At its regularily scheduled meeting of the board of directors, Robert S.Scidmore was elected the new Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer. David A. Scidmore who previously held both positions was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer.

"This is a good change for Extreme, Dave is very excited at the prospect of returning to more technical issues, and the staff and I are very excited to once again be working together.
