Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assist with day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team. This includes review of customer contracts and coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of orders to meet our customers’ needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Interface with existing customers and various internal departments to help manage client relationships with X-ES, as well as perform a variety of general department support assignments. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assist with daily day-to-day customer inquiries for a designated customer base
  • Review, enter, and actively track sales orders to shipment
  • Interact and coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure sales orders are fulfilled in accordance with contractual commitments and client expectations
  • Assist in developing and implementing department improvement projects
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and use various software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once; strong organizational and time-management skills desired
  • Able to work well both independently and with others

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate) is required
