Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is expanding our Sales team with the addition of Data Analysts. We are seeking experienced, highly organized, data-focused professionals to mine past, present, and forecasted sales data to improve sales lead times and increase customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support operations and conduct data analytics projects to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development
• Implement data standards and deploy automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics
• Utilize scripting and querying tools like Python or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree in related analytics field considered in lieu of one year of professional work experience
• Minimum of one year of related experience in an analytical or sales role; senior level requires a minimum of five years of experience in an analytical or sales role
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills) and CRM software
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Independent, self-driven, and data-centric with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to exercise a high degree of judgment and creativity to accomplish goals
• High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
