Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for an organized and driven individual who is able to take ownership and prioritize tasks in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the shipping and receiving areas of the Manufacturing department. This is a first-shift position that will be working Monday–Friday during Receiving & Shipping hours of operation (7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.). Enjoy on-the-job paid training and good benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position has the responsibility of ensuring that shipments and receipts are transacted accurately and timely. Primary functions are:

• Verifying contents, properly labeling, and recording incoming materials and products
• Receiving, tracking, and shipping external property and equipment
• Preparing materials and products for inspection, stocking, or shipping
• Verifying contents, packaging, and recording outgoing materials and products

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate)
• Ability to work onsite from our facility in Verona, WI

Desired Qualifications

• General computer proficiency and a high level of attention to detail
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and/or enterprise resource planning systems is a plus
• Ability to regularly lift 35 pounds
