Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for a detail-oriented individual with prior technical experience to support several functions within the organization. Depending on individual skills and interests, this position will contribute to various needs within Project Management and Engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform duties related to one or more of the following functions:

• Project Management Support:
• Review project Gantt charts to identify schedule risk and coordinate resolution
• Facilitate and document design review meetings
• Assist Project Managers in preparing presentations, schedules, and documentation for customers
• Help facilitate effective communication between Project Management, Sales, and Manufacturing
• Digital Design Support:
• Assist engineers in creating bills-of-materials, product change notifications, and design change orders
• Create and maintain product configurations
• Perform audits of new product configurations for manufacturing readiness
• Data Analytics Support:
• Assist other teams by querying and compiling data
• Assist with the development and maintenance of various internal Engineering tools

Desired Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience gained from educational coursework, military service, or previous work experience is a plus
• Prior experience in one or more of the functions listed above is desired, but not required. Paid training is provided for qualified individuals.
• Computer proficiency and a high level of attention to detail
• Prior experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related technical field
• Ability to work onsite from our facility in Verona, WI
