Apply a broad range of manufacturing knowledge and skills in order to assist various functional areas in meeting their strategic goals through continuous improvement activities. Provide general leadership within the manufacturing department and advise on process improvement.

This position is full-time and in-person at our Verona, WI facility from May–December of 2024. This typically requires students to take a semester off of school to accommodate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing procedures, processes, and policies
  • Hands-on experience supporting new equipment qualification and process validation
  • Lead 5S and Lean Manufacturing projects that provide a lasting impact on production and product quality
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive continuous improvement activities
  • Drive the development of work instructions, SOPs, and other improvements to critical documentation

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant degree with a Manufacturing Engineering emphasis
