Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for a detail-oriented mechanical specialist who will be responsible for supporting assembly of X-ES rugged embedded hardware. Successful candidates will be able to use manufacturing machines and tools to perform product assembly in accordance to released specifications and drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble product by following drawing diagrams and applicable work procedures, instructions, and specifications
• Update records accurately and timely for all completed work
• Identify and accurately document product and process nonconformances
• Follow quality requirements and quality assurance standards, processes, and controls
• Participate in process and quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate)
• Ability to work onsite from our facility in Verona, WI

Desired Qualifications

• Comfortable using hand and power tools, manufacturing machines, and test equipment to perform product assembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are desired
• Experience in electronics manufacturing as well as familiarity with IPC-610 and thermal interface materials is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $17-20/hour based on past relevant experience. Extreme Engineering Solutions offers a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits, including:
