This individual will focus their time in the testing and troubleshooting of rugged embedded hardware. They will be responsible in performing set-up, testing and troubleshooting of system components and assemblies. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training and excellent benefits.

Extreme Engineering Solutions is looking for detail-oriented student technicians to provide skilled work in the assembly, installation, repair, testing, operation, inspection, maintenance and debug of electronic equipment.

Successful candidates will be able to test and debug electronic hardware as well as assemble electronic components in accordance with released specifications and drawings. Hardware Test Engineer

Extreme Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced and self-directed Hardware Test Engineer to help ensure that X-ES products conform to required specifications through product testing, design verification and manufacturing support.

The Hardware Test Engineer will create procedures and analyze results to determine design capabilities of embedded systems that will operate in rugged environments – including projects for industrial, commercial, military, and aerospace customers.

Extreme Engineering Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented quality control technician to ensure our products meet all quality standards. This individual will perform inspections on electronic assemblies and raw material to released specifications. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training and excellent benefits.

Extreme Engineering Solutions is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to help X-ES meet the thermal and structural challenges of producing embedded computing products that operate in rugged environments – including for industrial, military, commercial and aerospace customers. The Mechanical Engineer will perform electronics packaging in support of a diverse set of engineering challenges related to the design, simulation, analysis and production of products that must withstand extreme temperatures, vibration, humidity and altitude.

Working within a small, agile team, you will have the opportunity to create apps that have a direct impact on the company’s engineering, manufacturing, and business processes through contributions to both Business Applications and Enterprise Applications.

Extreme Engineering Solutions is looking for a skilled manufacturing technician to perform surface-mount soldering related to the assembly and repair of electronic equipment. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling and excellent benefits. Ideal candidates will have prior soldering experience and outstanding attention to detail.
