XChange3021 3U VPX Embedded Ethernet Switch

X-ES provides 3U VPX Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch modules. These boards are designed for maximum port density and performance, and are tested for use within extreme environments. They can be configured as a fully-managed Layer 2 switch, and can support compliance to the VICTORY specification as an Infrastructure Switch and Router.

XChange3100 6U VPX Ethernet Switch

X-ES provides a 6U VPX 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch module that supports various configurations of up to twenty-two 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports, twelve 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports, and eighty-eight 1000BASE-X Ethernet ports. It can be configured as a fully-managed Layer 2 switch or optionally as a Layer 3 Router, and can support compliance to the VICTORY specification as an Infrastructure Switch and Router.

3U VPX Power Supplies

XPm2222 3U VPX Power Supply

High-performance and extremely rugged 3U VPX power supplies from X-ES enable integrators to reduce the SWaP, cost, and complexity from their system. These power supplies have been designed and tested to a number of Military standards, including MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810.

X-ES power supplies can also be integrated into our rugged systems and development systems.

XChange3000 3U VPX XMC/PMC Carrier Card

X-ES provides a 3U VPX-REDI Carrier card solution, the XChange3000. It can support a single-width XMC or PrPMC card. The XChange3000 provides easy integration of standard mezzanine cards into modern VPX backplanes.

X-ES offers a wide variety of XMC/PMC mezzanine boards to pair with our 3U VPX carrier.

3U VPX Storage

XPort6175 3U VPX Storage Module

X-ES provides a 3U VPX-REDI Solid-State Drive (SSD) Storage solutions. They are capable of operating within the demanding environments of MIL-STD-810F including harsh temperatures from -40°C to 85°C as well as rigorous shock and vibration conditions.

X-ES 3U VPX SSD Storage can support up to two, ruggedized 2.5″ drives for a total of 2 TB of storage, and its SLC NAND flash components allow it to support a minimum of 100,000 program/erase cycles.

X-ES provides 3U VPX Rear Transition Modules (RTMs) that enable I/O expansion and access for a variety of products, such as 3U VPX SBCs and switches. Features include access to as many as fourteen Gigabit Ethernet ports, a JTAG header, micro-DB-9 connectors, RS-232/422/485 serial, SATA, DisplayPort interfaces, and USB.

3U VPX Backplanes

XTend4131 3U VPX Backplane

X-ES provides 3U VPX backplanes that are designed in accordance with the OpenVPX™ system architecture specifications. These backplanes can support up to two 3U VPX centralized switches, and can support an expansion plane leaf node connection for each slot connected to the centralized switch. With support for up to six 3U VPX payload slots, DC-DC power supply support, VITA 46.10 RTM support, and more, X-ES is certain to have a backplane to support your development needs.
