Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for an Quality Engineer to serve as a necessary bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and customer support. The X-ES Quality team maintains and implements the company’s quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee internal process audits and assess non-conformance
  • Facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Aid in the definition, documentation, and revision of procedures and work instructions related to all company functions
  • Compile and analyze performance metrics, and provide management with suggestions for improvement
  • Represent the company as point of contact for vendor and customer quality departments, including on-site audits
  • Quality Engineers work under the direct supervision of the Quality Manager. This position holds administrative roles and assumes the authority of delegating tasks.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001:2015 or another quality management system preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, with technical writing and editing experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and consistency
