Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assist with day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department. This individual will help to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency while providing a high level of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, update, track, and review job tickets for all internal jobs in the Machine Shop; manage additional tracking duties for outside jobs going out and returning to X-ES
- Machine Shop ordering responsibilities for tools, custom tools, materials, and services; select items for purchase based on cost, availability, and quality assurances
- Maintain computerized production and purchasing records, such Machine Shop production orders, items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and tool/material inventories
- Provide administrative support across multiple areas including open order report processing, process documentation, job record retention, monitoring/updating expiring supplier documentation and various projects
- Perform a variety of other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support assignments within the Supply Chain functional area including the Machine Shop, Purchasing, Materials, and Supplier Quality teams
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate)
- High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or degree in Business or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required degree
- Prior work experience in an office setting using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and use various software applications like Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and with others while adjusting priorities to meet deadlines
