Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and continuously improve our ERP system. This role will serve as a key liaison between Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, and IT teams, ensuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System effectively supports business processes across the organization. This role resides within Operations and reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting ERP systems and has a strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, accounting, and business workflows. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Verona, WI facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as initial point of escalation for ERP users regarding system issues and troubleshooting
- Maintain and configure ERP modules through collaboration with manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and quality
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
- Support ERP users through troubleshooting, training, documentation, and day-to-day system questions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ERP team on enhancements, fixes, and upgrades
- Assist with ERP testing, validation, release, and deployment of new functionality
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Support data accuracy, reporting, and system integrity across departments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve system utilization
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in information systems, engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required degree
- Working knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, and accounting workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to acquire system knowledge through self-learning from training videos and written documentation
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with process ownership and documentation development
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
- Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Three (3+) years of experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (manufacturing, inventory, MRP, accounting, or quality modules)
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or ERP data structures
- Experience working with manufacturing engineering or production teams
