XIt1010
The XIt1010 is a 6U VME Rear Transition Module (RTM) which supports various X-ES Single Board Computer (SBC) products.
When installed in an RTM slot of an appropriate VME64 backplane, the XIt1010 routes I/O signals from an associated SBC’s rear panel P0 and P2 connectors to connectors on the XIt1010, to allow connection of these signals to external equipment.

Introduction to XIt1010
The XIt1010 is a 6U VME Rear Transition Module (RTM) which supports various X-ES Single Board Computer (SBC) products.
I/O Signal Routing
When installed in an RTM slot of an appropriate VME64 backplane, the XIt1010 routes I/O signals from an associated SBC’s rear panel P0 and P2 connectors to connectors on the XIt1010, to allow connection of these signals to external equipment.
Front Panel Connectors
The XIt1010 routes three 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports to RJ-45 connectors, two RS-232 ports to a micro-DB-9 connector, four USB ports to Type A connectors (three via onboard USB hub), and a SATA port to an eSATA connector.
PIM Expansion
A PIM site is also provided for access to P14 rear I/O from a mezzanine installed on the corresponding SBC.
USB Audio Codec
The XIt1010 also features an optional onboard USB audio codec, with its audio inputs and outputs routed to 3.5 mm stereo jacks accessible from the front panel.
