The XTend214 is a debug module intended for low-level development with select X-ES products with NXP processors.
Programming & Debug Headers
It provides JTAG / COP and Scanworks headers and connects to the host board via JTAG ribbon cable.
I/O Connectivity
The XTend214 also provides optional support for RS-232 serial, USB 2.0, and 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports.
I/O Breakout
- JTAG / COP header for CPU debug
- ScanWorks programming header
- Mini-DB-9 connector for RS-232 serial port (optional)
- USB connector for USB 2.0 port (optional)
