XIt1099

The XIt1099 provides I/O expansion for 3U VPX single board computers aligned to the Sensor Open System Architecture (SOSA) I/O Intensive profile, such as the XPedite8370 and the XPedite8270. The XIt1099’s elongated design fits in VITA 46.10 RTM slots and allows for convenient access to more I/O connectors than standard VITA 46.10 RTMs.

The XIt1099 features two zSFP+ connectors for two 25GBASE-KR Ethernet ports, plus a zQSFP+ connector for one 100GBASE-R Ethernet port. An RJ-45 connector supports one 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet port. The XIt1099 also supports two USB 2.0 ports. Two micro-DB-9 connectors allow for two RS-232 serial ports or one RS-422/485 serial port, plus a SOSA maintenance console port. A DisplayPort interface is also available.

One XIM site allows for access to the X8d+X12d+X16s signals from P1 and P2. An optional XIM tray can be installed to support XIM modules; contact factory for details. A pair of M.2 sites support one x4 PCI Express interface and one x2 PCI Express interface, with PCB routing and connectors for up to Gen4 speeds.
